Envista Finish on Furniture and Cabinets
A&L Paint Co., LLC (the “Company”) warrants to the purchaser that this product, when used in accordance with the label, storage, and application instructions will not: 1) blister or peel from properly prepared and sanded surfaces; 2) wear down to expose the raw wood surface. This warranty shall be effective for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable from the original residential purchaser. If the product fails to function as set forth above, the company will, upon presentation of proof of purchase, refund the original purchase price or replace the product, whichever the company elects. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALSO EXCLUDES THE COST OF LABOR OR APPLICATION, REMOVAL OR REAPPLICATION OF PAINT. COMPANY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
